1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how DecisionPrint, LLC collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through its website and Early Access program.
DecisionPrint, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company in the United States. Our official website is decisionprint.com. You can contact us about privacy at chenhao@decisionprint.com.
This policy covers website visits, Early Access registrations, optional questionnaires, and related communications. Future investment-account features, broker connections, or additional AI services may require updated or supplemental disclosures before they collect additional information.
Early Access initially focuses on the United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Our website is globally accessible; these priorities do not automatically exclude visitors elsewhere. Applicable privacy rights depend on the relevant law and circumstances.
2. Information we process
Information you provide. To join Early Access, you provide an email address. You may also answer optional questions about your investor or professional category and select up to two product interests. Without an email address, we cannot register you or send Early Access communications. Leaving the questionnaire unanswered does not prevent registration.
If you contact us, we process the information you choose to include in your message and our related correspondence.
Registration and communication records. We maintain a registration identifier, registration time and source page, questionnaire responses, invitation and communication status, the notice associated with your registration, and preference, unsubscribe, or deletion-request records. We also process sending results and related operational records needed to administer communications.
Website and security information. Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, request timing, and security-check results. Our application uses temporary abuse-prevention records and limited operational records to protect submissions and investigate problems. Security verification does not verify ownership of an email address.
The Early Access form does not require a user account or password, brokerage credentials, portfolio holdings, payment information, government identity documents, assets under management, or investment returns. Please do not send sensitive financial or identity documents unless we explain a specific, necessary reason for requesting them.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- register and manage Early Access interest and invitations;
- send a Welcome Email, Early Access updates, Private Beta invitations, and directly related feedback requests;
- understand voluntary product interests and plan relevant testing;
- operate, secure, and assess the performance of our website and prevent abuse; and
- respond to support and privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
Joining Early Access does not subscribe you to an unrelated promotional newsletter. A general promotional newsletter requires separate affirmative consent where applicable. We do not sell or rent personal information or use Early Access information for targeted advertising or unrelated advertising profiles.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We use the following providers to operate the website and Early Access program:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and request handling, storage of registration records, website traffic and performance measurement, and Turnstile security checks.
- Resend: sending Early Access emails and handling recipient, message, and sending-related records.
- Google Workspace: receiving and handling correspondence sent to our company email address, including replies and privacy requests.
Authorized people helping us operate Early Access may access information as needed for these purposes. Providers may use subprocessors. Some providers also process limited service or security information under their own notices. For example, Cloudflare describes both protecting websites and improving bot detection in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Provider documentation includes Cloudflare's data-processing terms, Resend's data-processing terms, and Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
We may disclose information when legally required, such as in response to a valid legal demand. We do not authorize these disclosures for unrelated marketing purposes.
5. Website measurement and browser signals
Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled for website traffic and performance measurement. It is designed to provide information such as page views, referring sites, browser or device categories, and page performance, rather than advertising profiles. Cloudflare describes its approach in its Web Analytics documentation.
Our application does not send your registration email address or questionnaire answers through its website measurement events. Security processing by Cloudflare is separate from website analytics; a statement about analytics should not be read as a promise that hosting or security providers receive no technical information.
Our application does not implement a separate response to a browser's Do Not Track signal; providers' handling of browser signals is described in their privacy information. We do not use website information to track you across unrelated websites for targeted advertising. This does not limit any choices or rights that applicable law gives you.
6. International processing
DecisionPrint is based in the United States, and we use providers with international operations. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries, including places where providers or authorized operators work. Privacy laws may differ from those where you live. We do not represent that all information remains exclusively in the United States.
International processing remains subject to applicable privacy requirements. Contact us if you would like information about the arrangements relevant to your information or wish to exercise an applicable right.
7. How long we retain information
Our standard retention period for an identifiable Early Access registration and its associated questionnaire is 12 months from registration or the most recent meaningful user-initiated interaction, whichever is later. Examples include submitting answers through your authorized questionnaire session or a substantive reply or Beta interaction that we verify and record.
Automated Welcome Emails, email opens, routine system activity, automated monitoring, and internal administrative access do not by themselves extend this period. An unverified repeat registration does not renew or replace another person's existing record.
Expired registrations are removed through scheduled maintenance. Expiration and removal may not occur at the same instant; expired records are excluded from sending while removal is pending. Temporary registration-session feedback is generally removed after seven days, and abuse-prevention records have shorter lifetimes.
After an unsubscribe or verified deletion request, we retain a limited record of the request and a protected representation of the email address for up to 12 months to help prevent unintended communications. Limited operational audit records are also time-bounded. Where a legal obligation requires specific information to be kept longer, retention is limited to that obligation. Correspondence and privacy-request records are retained only as needed for their purpose and applicable requirements.
Deleting a live registration does not immediately erase previously sent emails, mailbox correspondence, provider records, authorized exports, or historical backups. We address these copies through the relevant request and provider processes. If a backup is restored, deletion and communication preferences need to be reapplied before communications resume. The registration retention period is not a guarantee that every provider record follows the same timetable.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can email chenhao@decisionprint.com to request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Where applicable, you may also withdraw consent or exercise additional rights under your local law. You may contact the relevant privacy regulator if you have concerns about our handling of your information.
We may ask you to confirm control of the relevant email address or provide other proportionate information before disclosing or changing a record. We do not require government identity documents by default. We respond as soon as reasonably possible and within applicable legal deadlines, explaining any permitted extension or reason a request cannot be fully met.
Unsubscribe: use the preference link in an Early Access email or contact us. This stops the applicable Early Access communications while allowing us to retain a minimal suppression record. It does not itself delete your registration or retract messages already sent.
Deletion: after appropriate verification, we remove the relevant live registration and linked records, subject to applicable exceptions and the provider and backup limitations described above. Feedback submitted in a separate repeat-registration session may not be linked to your email; we may need limited session details to identify it. Do not send security tokens or unnecessary documents to make a request.
9. Adults and information from minors
Early Access is intended for people 18 years of age or older. We do not perform government-ID age verification as part of registration. If you are under 18, please do not register.
If we learn that a registrant is under 18, we will stop Early Access communications and take reasonable steps to remove the registration, subject to applicable legal requirements. A registrant or someone acting appropriately on their behalf can contact us to raise this issue; we will verify the request proportionately.
10. Security
We use access restrictions, protected service credentials, server-side security checks, and limited authorization for registration-related actions. We limit the information requested by the form and access to operational records. No website, email system, or storage method can guarantee complete security.
11. Updates and contact
We will post changes on our website with an updated version or effective date. For material changes, we will provide an appropriate additional notice and seek any consent required before using information for a new purpose. Continuing to visit the website is not treated as consent where applicable law requires an affirmative choice.
